L.J. Hooker Scarborough was established in September 1993 and is located on Scarborough Beach Road next to the Police Station, approximately one kilometre from fabulous Scarborough Beach at the heart of the Sunset Coast. We specialise in Residential and Strata Sales plus Property Management and invite everyone to visit our office to discuss their real estate needs.
Establishing an office in Scarborough was based on the council zoning, which allows for a lot of development and the many different types of properties available, including houses, units, villas, townhouses and luxury beachfront apartments: There is something for everyone in Scarborough.
We are also central to other quality suburbs like City Beach, Doubleview, Woodlands, Innaloo, Karrinyup, North Beach and Trigg and we are only 10km from Perth City.
For real estate activity in the area, a local paper, "Real Estate WA" is delivered to 100,000 properties every Friday, covering an area from Wembley Downs right up the coast to Mindarie Keys and inland to Wanneroo. Copies are always available at our office for your convenience.
